Caribou Coffee rolls out fall menu, scavenger hunt

Caribou Coffee is kicking off the fall season by adding a Pumpkin Ginger Latte to its menu.

Caribou Coffee is kicking off the fall season by adding a Pumpkin Ginger Latte to its menu and hosting a scavenger hunt in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, area with prizes including complimentary coffee for a year, gift cards, gift baskets and more.

"This scavenger hunt is an opportunity for our guests to get out and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather, experience some fun spots around the Twin Cities and have an opportunity to win great coffee in the process," said Megan Fraboni, public relations manager, in a company press release.

The scavenger hunt kicked off last week and continues each week throughout September. To participate, guests can:

Caribou Perks members will receive the clue via email in advance of the general public
Find Yummmkins (specially painted golden pumpkins) to win great prizes such as complimentary coffee for a year, gift cards and more
Three Yummmkins will be hidden each week in September throughout Minneapolis-St. Paul
Bring a found Yummmkin to a nearby Caribou Coffee to pick up a complimentary pumpkin drink and details on how to redeem the prize

Pumpkin Ginger Latte

The Pumpkin Ginger Latte features pumpkin puree sauce, ginger and a crumbled gingersnap cookie crumble topping.

"Pumpkin flavored beverages at Caribou Coffee are no longer just a trend, they're a staple. Our new Pumpkin Ginger Latte is a twist on a classic fall favorite," said Mark Miller, senior manager of product development Caribou Coffee. "In our testing phase, we learned that our customers loved the addition of ginger to their favorite Pumpkin Latte – the new ingredient spiced up this year's fall drink and is one we know the rest of our guests will love too."

The new Pumpkin Ginger Latte will be available through November, while supplies last.
