Caribou Coffee reschedules earnings release

MINNEAPOLIS — Caribou Coffee Company Inc. today announced that it is rescheduling the release of its financial results for 1Q 2007, ended April 1, 2007, and conference call for one week until after market close on May 10, 2007. The Company is in the process of finalizing accounting for FASB Interpretation No. 48.

Management will host a conference call on May 10, 2007, at 4:30 p.m. EST to discuss first quarter results. The conference call will be webcast and can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company's website atwww.cariboucoffee.comvia the About Us tab.
