Caribou Coffee reports Q3 comps down 1%

MINNEAPOLIS – Caribou Coffee reported financial results for third quarter 2006 ended Oct. 1, 2006.

 

Comparable coffeehouse sales decreased 1 percent, and the company's net loss for the quarter widened to $3.1 million from $1.2 million last year. However, total net sales rose 17 percent to $57 million from $48.7 million in the year-ago quarter.
