Caribou Coffee lawsuit could become class-action

Associated Press: Lawsuits filed on behalf of former and current Caribou Coffee managers have received a boost.
A federal magistrate judge recommends they be allowed to collectively press their claims for overtime pay in a pair of lawsuits thatclaim managers for Minneapolis-based Caribou are more barista than boss, and that they therefore should be paid time-and-a-half for the 10 to 15 extra hours a week they regularly worked.
