Caribou CEO spills coffehouse beans

Atlanta Journal-Constitution:When Michael Coles took the lead at Caribou Coffee, his first action was to close stores.Just in metro Atlanta, he and his team shut eight of 19 shops and they made similar cuts elsewhere in Caribou's turf.
But since becoming Caribou's chief executive, Coles has more than doubled the number of stores and taken the company public and he's focused on pumping up customer service.
