Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has added a new loyalty app to extend exclusive offers and give their customers extra rewards to thank them for their patronage

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has added a new loyalty app to extend exclusive offers and give customers extra rewards to thank them for their patronage, according to a company press release. Launching at all Capriotti’s locations, the CAPAddicts Rewards app allows fans to earn points and get rewards just for ordering. As an additional incentive to download the app, all new users will receive $2 in CAPS Cash to use toward their next Capriotti’s meal.

To develop the app, Capriotti’s worked with Punchh, a mobile loyalty and insights platform. Users earn points for every dollar spent at any Capriotti’s location, and once downloaded, guests can level up in their status from Level 1 in the Caprehensive tier, where guests will receive a free 9-inch sub of their choice after every  tenth visit, to Level 5 in the Extraordinary tier, where they will receive a free small party tray on their birthday, limited edition Capriotti’s gifts and earn their free 9-inch subs twice after every fifth visit, according to the release. Aside from surprise freebies and offers, CAPAddicts Rewards mobile users can also earn free subs by referring their friends to the app on social media. For every 10 friends who sign up, guests can redeem a free sub.
