Capriotti's launches 'Love Your Community' fundraiser

Guests will be encouraged to make a $1 donation to the Las Vegas Rescue Mission each time they visit a Capriotti's restaurant in the month of February.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop will kick off a month-long "Love Your Community" fundraiser in February to benefit the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Capriotti's guests will be encouraged to make a $1 donation each time they visit.

Capriotti's team members will also serve up sandwiches at the Las Vegas Rescue Mission on Feb. 12.

Last year, Capriotti's donated over 9,000 pounds of food to the mission.

 "Having grown up in Las Vegas, I am very passionate about giving back to our home community, especially through our continued partnership with the Las Vegas Rescue Mission," said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's, in a company press release. "The Las Vegas Rescue Mission is a wonderful organization offering food, shelter and service programs to residents in Las Vegas. One of Capriotti's core values is family and we want to do everything in our power to support our extended family throughout the Las Vegas valley."
