Capriotti's joins 'No Kid Hungry' campaign

Through September, all SoCal Capriotti's Sandwich Shop locations will donate $1 to the campaign for every medium meal purchased.

Throughout September, all Southern California Capriotti's Sandwich Shop locations will donate $1 to the No Kid Hungry campaign for every medium meal purchased.

The medium meal includes a 12-inch sub, a drink and chips.

"The Southern California Capriotti's partnership with No Kid Hungry is just one of the ways we give back to those who need us most, the children. As a restaurant brand, this topic touches our hearts and we want to do as much as possible to support the end of hunger in our local communities," CEO Ashley Morris said in a company press release. "As the year continues, we will continue to do our best in helping those in need within our communities."

Participating Southern California Capriotti's locations include: Beverly Hills, Covina, Culver City, Encino, Glendora, Torrance, Walnut, Whittier, Tustin, Irvine Market Place, Fountain Valley, Newport Beach, Mission Valley, San Marcos and SDSU.
