Canada's Williams Fresh Cafe opens in Stoney Creek, Ontario

Canada-based Williams Fresh Cafe is opening a location in Stoney Creek Ontario, located at 140 Highway 8 at the intersection of Highway 8 and Gray Road, according to a company press release. It will feature the brand's updated menu, which offers more options for different parts of the day, including an all-day breakfast.

"This opening begins the next chapter of our plans for expanding the brand's footprint across southwestern Ontario," said Bruce Druxerman, president of Druxy's Inc., which owns Druxy's Famous Deli and bought Williams Fresh in 2016. "Stoney Creek is one of three new cafes opening this year and we are ready to present other exciting locations to more franchisee owners," Druxerman said.

"Like the family that owns Druxy's Famous Deli — the Druxerman brothers —  this cafe will be a family run business with my wife working with me," said Williams Fresh Franchisee Azeem Khan. "I look forward to welcoming guests to our cafe and making a difference in the community with fresh and healthy meals."

The Stoney Creek opening is a milestone for Druxy's, said Harold Druxerman, vice president of finance at Druxy's.

"Not only is it our first new opening since taking over the brand but it will be our first cafe built from scratch that features our new kitchen layout, the latest in equipment and technology, as well as our updated interior design," he said. Guests will appreciate our free easy-to-access Wi-Fi and numerous power and USB ports throughout the cafe ." 

"The cafe and new menu were built with a four seasons approach, which our customers truly appreciate," said Peter Druxerman, Vice President of Marketing at Druxy's Inc.  "In the colder seasons, the comfortable booth seating is matched with a beverage program of Winter Warmers such as Smoked Salt Caramel Lattes and Hot Apple Cider.  In the warmer months, we serve Summer Refreshers, such as Iced Vanilla Chai Latte and Shirley Temple Handcrafted Soda.  And our new Signature Rice Bowls allow customers to custom-make their own cold or hot meals so it's a fantastic menu addition for all seasons."

Williams, based in Stratford, Ontario, has 25 locations across Ontario.
