California Tortilla plans leap-year promotion

ROCKVILLE, Md. — California Tortilla has announced it will give a free side order of tortilla chips and queso to customers who order an entrée Feb. 29 while jumping, shaking or moving vigorously.
"Since leap year only comes along every four years, we wanted to take the opportunity to have some fun with our customers," said California Tortilla president Bob Phillips. "We invite all of our customers to leap up and enjoy the day while getting some free food."
The promotion will be recognized at all 36 California Tortilla locations.
