Calbi Fusion Tacos and Burritos rolls into Universal Studios

Calbi Fusion Tacos and Burritos, the two mobile-unit Los Angeles-based Korean taco truck chain, has announced a three-month residence at Universal Studios in Hollywood, Calif.The chain began its residency there Oct. 28 and will continue through Jan. 31.
"We are happily overwhelmed with the popularity of our food at Universal Studios. With the support of both tourists and residents alike, we hope the sales trends and our brand recognition continue to grow," said Calbi president John Lee.
Calbi Fusion Tacos and Burritoswas founded in late 2008, and blends the traditional tastes of a Mexican taco truck with the flavors of authentic Korean BBQ. Specialties include Beef Shortrib Tacos and Burritos as well as Kimchee and Cheese Quesadillas.
Food trucks are gaining in popularity from coast to coast. Burgerville launched its Nomad food truck earlier this year and many other brands are looking to follow suit.
