By Chloe founder opening Middle Eastern-inspired fast casual in NYC

Dez, a Middle Eastern-inspired fast casual, is opening Thursday in New York City, according to New York Eater. As a collaboration of By Chloe founder Samantha Wasser and TV chef Eden Grinshpan, Dez's menu consists of salads, pitas, bowls and  flatbreads. 

The dishes aren't the only thing inspired by the Middle East at this brand, as the interior of Dez will reflect that of a desert oasis, featuring golds, greens and muted colors and hanging plants. 

With a brunch offered on weekends until 4 p.m., Dez has menu items including honey-rose pancakes and hummus bowls with veggies available.
