Buffalo Wild Wings quickly offers customers a deal

Not even discouraging sales numbers have slowed down Buffalo Wild Wings' newest deal. Buffalo Wild Wings announced in a press release a limited-time, 15-minute lunch guarantee across nearly 900 U.S. restaurants. The move is designed to show time-sensitive consumers that they don’t have to sacrifice quality, value or variety for mid-day speed. From the time a customer orders a meal off the B-Dubs Fast Break lunch menu, Buffalo Wild Wings guarantees it will be at their table within 15 minutes or the entire lunch and a fountain soda are both free.

"We want to prove to our guests that they can get the Buffalo Wild Wings experience they have come to know and love within the limited time they have for a traditional lunch break," said the chain's Vice President of Food and Beverage Todd Kronebusch. "Our standard was already to deliver Fast Break meals within 15 minutes, but the new guarantee adds a promise to our guests, and some fun, friendly competition."

The deal is available weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Servers will start a timer when they leave the table with an order, then stop the timer when the food is delivered. Any guest who doesn’t get their meal in 15 minutes gets it free, along with a fountain soda. The Fast Break menu features a "Pick 2" option and offers a variety of food choices for guests looking for a way to enjoy a meal while living life in the fast lane.
