Buffalo Wild Wings CEO receives Career Achievement Award

Buffalo Wild Wings has announced that its president and CEO Sally Smith has received the Career Achievement Award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. This yearly honor was announced at the Women in Business luncheon to celebrate the Twin Cities' most influential women.
"Oh behalf of the entire Buffalo Wild Wings team, I extend a warm congratulations to Sally for this accomplishment," said Mary Twinem, CFO of Buffalo Wild Wings. "Sally is a proven and successful leader, and we look forward to many more exciting years as she leads us through new growth opportunities."
Smith has served as president and CEO since July 1996, as a board member since August 1996 and was the company's CFO from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining Buffalo Wild Wings, she was the CFO of Dahlberg Inc., the manufacturer of Miracle-Ear hearing aids.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Women in Business Awards honors recipients in three categories; 25 Women to Watch, 25 Industry Leaders and one woman with the Career Achievement Award. All candidates are chosen by a collective group of editors.
