Bruegger's launches signature soups

BURLINGTON, Vt. —Bruegger's has announced its new line up of signature soups, custom crafted by Philip Smith, Bruegger's executive chef. Additionally, Bruegger's is introducing a Bagel Bowl, available as a limited time offer.
The new signature soup varieties include: Chicken Spaetzle, a twist on a classic chicken noodle; Steak and Onion, reminiscent of traditional French onion soup incorporating tender pieces of beef and sautéed onions in a hearty beef broth; Chicken Tortilla, infusing the spicy flavors of pulled chicken, tomatoes, onions, garlic, corn and chilies; and two distinctive vegetarian offerings, Fire Roasted Tomato and Butternut Squash.
As homecomings, Halloween and Thanksgiving approach, Bruegger's also will begin brewing upGreen Mountain Coffee RoastersFair Trade Certified Organic Pumpkin Spice Coffee, starting Sept. 19.
