Boston Market to roll out ChefTec software solution

Culinary Software Services Inc., providerof back-of-the-house technology for the foodservice industry, has announcedthat Boston Market has chosen ChefTec Software for itsrecipe costing and menu development software solution. Boston Market will beusing ChefTec Plus in their corporate office to develop recipes for chain-widedeployment.

Culinary Software Services products include ChefTec andCorTec for recipe and menu costing, inventory control, purchasing andordering, requisitions and transfers, and nutritional analysis.
