Boston Market has announced its new service standards, design and menu updates next will roll out into the Houston, Cleveland and Tampa markets.
The company announced in early October that it would undergo a holistic revamp following the departure of its former CEO, F. Lane Cardwell.
Changes include upgrading to non-disposable plates and utensils; new sauces, sides and soups; interactive design enhancements such as carving stations; and elevated service standards, including dining room ambassadors and new training programs.
