DENVER — Boston Market is trying to entice consumers to buy its turkey and mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving.
The brand is promoting its holiday banquets, holiday meals and three holiday essentials menus (entrée, two side dishes, gravy and cornbread).
"This year, we plan to sell more than 600,000 sides in our restaurants," said Cinnamon Combs, chef and senior director of culinary research and development for Boston Market. "If you're planning a large party at work or at home, we'll even cater and deliver a complete hot buffet or have it ready for you to pick up."
The banquet style meal ranges from $39.99 to $77.95 and includes traditional Thanksgiving items like turkey, ham and cornbread. Boston Market Catering offers customized, hot buffets for families or groups of 10 or more and starts at $7.49 per person.
