Boston Market is extending its offer of free chicken to federal employees and military personnel impacted by the government shutdown. Initially available from Oct. 6 to Oct. 13, now — and until the government shutdown ends — Boston Market will offer federal employees and military personnel with a valid government ID a free whole chicken with the purchase of a family meal.
The offer will remain valid in the more than 460 Boston Market restaurant locations nationwide.
"The response we received from government employees and military personnel during the initial week-long offer was tremendous," said George Michel, CEO of Boston Market. "It's important for us to continue to stand by all those impacted during this stressful time."
