Boneheads appoints new director of franchise support

July 16, 2013

Boneheads Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken, an Atlanta-based fast casual concept, has named Bryan St. George as its new director of franchise support. In the newly formed position, St. George will serve as the liaison between the corporate team and franchisees, and will work to improve operations, influence franchisee profitability and manage Boneheads' training program, said James Walker, member of Boneheads' board of directors.

"Bryan comes to us with a vast knowledge of training and franchise support from his many years of experience in the restaurant industry," he said. "It is extremely important to our team that we have someone in place to work with the franchisees on an individual basis and aid in their success, now and in the future. We look forward to welcoming Bryan to the Boneheads family and providing our franchisees with an individual that can help them grow."

Prior to his role at Boneheads, St. George's restaurant experience has spanned more than 20 years. His most recent position as director of training and career development for Amrest Holdings included overseeing training for more than 100 Applebee's locations and smaller restaurant concepts La Tagliatella and Davia. In addition to his time there, St. George also served in several training roles at Beef O' Brady's, including training manager.
