Boneheads adds lobster, sea bass menu items

ATLANTA — Boneheads Grilled Fish & Piri Piri Chicken has introduced four limited-time seafood entrées: Fire Grilled Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Salad, Lobster Salad Sandwich and Lobster Bisque. 
 
The new menu items, available through the end of January, are priced at less than $13.
 
The Fire Grilled Chilean Sea Bass is a 6-ounce filet seasoned with signature Boneheads spices and cooked over an open flame. It is paired with mango and roasted vegetable salsa. The Lobster Salad is a mixture of Maine lobster claw and tail meat, celery, onions, sweet bell peppers with a touch of dill, citrus and mayo. The Lobster Salad is offered as a sandwich (on a Kaiser roll with lettuce and tomato) or as a salad (on a bed of mixed greens tossed with red onions, sweet bell peppers, seasonal berries and raspberry vinaigrette). The Lobster Bisque is available in a cup or bowl, and is a blend of lobster and cream with a splash of sherry.
