Blaze Pizza unveils revamped menu featuring new pizzas, toppings

Fast-casual pizza chain Blaze Pizza is undergoing a significant menu revamp throughout 2024. The company has a series of new menu items, including premium toppings, grab-and-go options, unique salads, sweet and spicy offerings and even Blaze's first-ever fire-baked dessert, according to a press release.

The centerpiece of the menu refresh is the launch of the "Chef Inspired & Fast Fire'd Signature Collection," a line of five new pizzas replacing Blaze's existing 12-year-old Signature Pizza menu. The pizzas, available nationwide this week, retain popular elements from the previous menu while incorporating trending flavors that resonate with customers.

The new Chef Inspired & Fast Fire'd Signature Collection, available at all Blaze Pizza locations, includes:

• The Carnivore: A meat-lover's pie featuring pepperoni slices, julienned ham, crumbled meatballs, house-made tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, and a balsamic drizzle.
• The Herbivore: A vegetarian option packed with vegetables, featuring spicy red sauce, shredded mozzarella, mushrooms, roasted garlic, tomatoes, banana peppers, finished with fresh arugula and a swirl of olive oil.
• The Meatball Pie: A hearty pizza with juicy crumbled meatballs, classic house-made tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese and dollops of ricotta cheese.
• The Blazed BBQ: This BBQ chicken pizza features BBQ sauce, creamy mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, red onions, pickled jalapeño peppers and a ranch dressing drizzle.
• The Four Cheese: A cheese lover's paradise with a base of house-made red sauce topped with four cheeses: shredded mozzarella, fresh Ovolini mozzarella, creamy ricotta dollops, and parmesan sprinkles and finished with a swirl of olive oil.

"We remain committed to authenticity in everything we do, from dough made in house, to best-in-class ingredients and as always, cooking pizzas in our open-flame oven."

Blaze Pizza has more than 330 restaurants across 38 states and six countries.
