Bibigo reopening updated LA-area restaurant

Bibigo announced plans to reopen its revamped Century City Mall location on June 25.

"In an effort to enhance the customer experience and help people discover the distinct flavors of Korean cuisine, our Bibigo location at Century City Mall has undergone a significant renovation that enables customers to tailor the components in our signature hotstone bibimbap as well as other menu items to their personal liking," said Rachel Kang, vice president of strategy for CJ Foodville. "We've also added several new menu options to continue meeting the needs of individuals that have special dietary needs and health preferences."

According to a company press release, updates include revamped assembly lines featuring vegetable, protein and rice choices; streamlined menu boards; updated Bibligo Noodles; and lighter menu options.

As part of the re-opening, Bibigo is giving away 25 “Bibimbap Passports” good for 25 free bimimpap bowls through Dec. 31, 2014. Customers can enter the drawing at the Century City Mall location or at Facebook.com/BibigoUSA through July 31.
