Bellagreen launches loyalty app to drive a more convenient experience

Bellagreen launched a loyalty app called "b green Rewards" this week that aims to give customers an easier, faster and more convenient experience while also earning rewards.

The app lets customers order ahead, get fast delivery and pay for their purchase and is available at the App Store and Google Play, according to a press release.

App users acquire greens (points) with every purchase and can choose their own rewards which include a free cup of soup, a 16-ounce organic tea, a starter, dessert, an entrée and a $20 bellagreen credit. App users can also redeem their greens to donate a tree seedling.

An added app feature is "bella BUY 5" — where guests who have purchased any combination of five items receive a reward for a free starter, a dessert or a glass of wine on their next visit.

"We are excited to launch our bellagreen b green Rewards app," CEO Jason Morgan said in the release. "The app will create a faster and more convenient ordering experience for our guests and will give us the opportunity to showcase what differentiates bellagreen from other fast casual concepts — a menu that includes a wide array of starters, desserts and wine. We can't wait to show guests that it's good to 'b green' when they download the app and start ordering!"

In addition to its loyalty app, bellagreen is opening a carry out and delivery location in the Galleria-Houston area this August. The restaurant will mark bellagreen's first carry out and delivery prototype.
