Beautiful Brands International (BBI) has reported record net sales and store openings of its franchised brands for the first three quarters of 2011. BBI also says it anticipates even stronger sales figures to close out the year and enhanced growth heading into the first quarter of 2012.
According to company officials, BBI has sold a record 370 franchises and master franchise agreements in the first three quarters of 2011 with brands such as Top That! Pizza, Dixie Cream Donut Co., CherryBerry Self-Serve Yogurt Bar, Rex’s Chicken, Smallcakes A Cupcakery, Camille’s Sidewalk Café, and FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafe.
BBI also opened a record 59 stores this year in states such as California, North Carolina, Minnesota, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, Missouri, Texas, South Carolina, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Oklahoma, as well as countries including Venezuela, U.A.E., Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. In addition, BBI is on pace to open an additional 15 stores in the fourth quarter as well as finalize another 150 franchise agreements that would set the stage for exponential growth in 2012.
“The viability of our brands in virtually any market in the world is what makes us so ripe for continued growth and success in 2012 and beyond,” said Beautiful Brands founder, president, and CEO David Rutkauskas. “We’re seeing extremely strong domestic demand with over 100 store openings slated for next year and six new brands to be added to our portfolio within the first quarter alone. There’s no question this growth proves the huge investment appeal of our portfolio and our superior ability to create sales pipelines to fuel even further success.”
In the last 10 years, the company has contracted with and/or opened 2,000 stores in 38 states and 27 countries.
