Baja Fresh opens newly remodeled restaurant

Baja Fresh Mexican Grillhas re-opened its store in Alhambra, Calif. The restaurant opened May 4 and has been designed to fit within the new "Guest Choice" Baja Fresh prototype. It is the sixth redesigned Baja Fresh location to open since late 2008.
The new "Guest Choice" prototype encompasses Baja Fresh's latest restaurant design, service and customizable menu. A new interior design incorporates the use of natural wood, stone and warm colors, in addition to a more accommodating seating plan. The menu has been changed to allow for more guest customization and the service model also has been altered. After a guest orders and is seated,entrees will be delivered tableside.
"We believe customers new and old will truly enjoy the new Baja Fresh experience," said Charles Rink, Baja Fresh president.
The nearly 2,900 square-foot Baja Fresh is owned and operated by John Janshai of Western Foods Inc. Janshai also owns and operates a Baja Fresh in Costa Mesa, Calif.
