Baja Fresh opens in Maryland

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has opened a location in Frederick, Md. The restaurant is operated by Jamshed Shah, who brings years of restaurant experience to Baja Fresh.

The 2,616-square-foot restaurant encompasses Baja Fresh's latest contemporary restaurant design with warm colors and an accommodating seating plan.

“During construction hundreds of customers stopped by to find out when Baja Fresh will open. I’m very excited about offering Frederick residents a friendly atmosphere and a choice of healthy Mexican food options,” Shah said in a news release.
