Baja Fresh opens Express locations

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Baja Fresh Mexican Grill has opened the first two locations of its newest concept, Baja Fresh Express, the company announced.

The new express concepts opened in terminal seven at Los Angeles International Airport and in the newest food facility at the University of Southern California.
