Baja Fresh expands menu

• Big Beef Burrito (regular) — Mildly spiced ground beef, shredded jack and cheddar cheese and fresh potatoes, rolled in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Big Beef Burrito (spicy) — Mildly spiced ground beef, spicy queso fundido and fresh potatoes slices, rolled in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Cabo Shrimp Burrito — Ten lime-garlic marinated shrimp, black beans, Baja rice, jack cheese and tangy tomatillo and fresh lime juice yogurt sauce, all rolled in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Diablo Shrimp Burrito— Ten lime-garlic marinated shrimp, black beans, Baja rice, jack cheese and a super-spicy chipotle sauce, all rolled in a warm, soft flour tortilla.
• Roasted Tomatillo Mango Salsa — Tangy fire-roasted fresh tomatillos blended with spices, toasted chile de Arbol and Mango.
• Chili— Premium ground beef, Guajillo chile, New Mexico chile, Chile Chipotle, Mexican spices, fresh tomato, black beans, jack and cheddar cheese, sour cream, fresh chopped cilantro, fresh onions and fresh garlic.

The new menu items are available at all Baja Fresh locations.
