Award-winning chef partners with Paradise Bakery

PHOENIX —Chef Gregory Casale, a James Beard Award nominee, has joined Paradise Bakery and Café as executive chef.
Chef Gregory Casale, a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, began his career at the nationally acclaimed River Café in New York City, which would ultimately shape much of his future culinary style. As Owner and Executive Chef of Gregory's World Bistro and Executive Chef of T-Cooks at The Royal Palms Resort and Spa, both received Zagat "Best" awards many years running.
According to a news release, with an already impressive resume, Chef Gregory was ready to undertake the challenge of adapting the flavor and consistency of upscale, intimate restaurant dining to the faster paced, larger audience that frequents Paradise Bakery.
"No matter where I was employed, it was always about the joy of cooking and creating excellent customer experiences," Gregory said.
Paradise Bakery & Café, headquartered in Scottsdale, operates 42 cafes in 10 states.
