Atlanta Bread intros panini, salad, pasta, soup

SMYRNA, Ga. — Atlanta Bread Co. has announced its launch of several new Latin American-inspired menu additions. The offerings are the Cubano Panini, Salsa Fresca Salmon Salad, Fettuccine Salmone, Baja Chicken Enchilada Soup and Key Lime Pie.
 
The menu items are available at Atlanta Bread until Oct. 21, 2007. Ingredients include: 
  • Cubano Panini: Thinly sliced marinated pork loin and ham topped with Swiss cheese, spicy mustard, mayonnaise and diced pickles grilled on fresh-baked foccacia bread.
  • Salsa Fresca Salmon Salad: Grilled Alaskan salmon served on a bed of romaine and mixed greens with fire-roasted black bean and corn salsa and mango-pineapple vinaigrette.
  • Fettuccine Salmone: A full salmon filet served on top of fettuccine with a spicy black bean and corn sauce flavored with garlic and red pepper.
  • Baja Chicken Enchilada Soup: A blend of chicken, vegetables and black beans in a broth of chilies and Latin spices.
  • Key Lime Pie: Key lime pie topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles.
