A sneak peek at Martina hits Instagram

Danny Meyer's new fast casual pizzeria concept, Martina, was teased in a July 19 live video on the restaurant's Instagram page, according to an Eater article.

Chef Nick Anderer, also sister restaurant Marta's chef, walked Meyer and the viewer through the unfinished space.

The checkout line will be right next to the open Roman-style pizza kitchen. "You'll be able to peek over," Anderer said.

The kitchen will make pizzas in a couple minutes, but customers will most likely receive their pizzas up to 10 minutes later as more orders are placed. Drinks and other entrees, including antipasto and meatballs, will take less time. The NYC restaurant itself is still under construction.
