Improving sales, engaging customers, recruiting, hiring and paying employees, food-safety issues and following government-mandated policies are just a few issues restaurant operators face daily. They'’re also just a few of the topics several successful CEOs will address Oct. 11, during the CEO Roundtable at the annual Fast Casual Executive Summit.
The roundtable is the grand finale of the summit (Oct. 9-11 in Dana Point, California) and features:
"The roundtable is always one of my favorite sessions at the summit because it gives the restaurant operators in the audience a chance to learn from some of the most successful CEOs in the industry," said Cherryh Cansler, editor of FastCasual, which has been producing the event for the past 11 years. "The execs don't just talk at the audience. They share successes and failures, give real-world examples and answer questions to help attendees run their businesses better."
Registration for the annual Fast Casual Executive Summit is now open.
