Chris Schefler

Chris Schefler has worked in the restaurant industry for 26 years. He spent most of his time with Carl's Jr. before joining Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shops in February of 2021. Chris became a franchisee of Carl's Jr. in 2017 joining his parents as a partner, who have been with the chain for over 40 years and taught him everything he knows. In addition to running his own Carl's Jr. franchise, Chris is the director of brand management for the premier full-service sandwich shop Mr. Pickle's and has since helped build out their technology stack that's been a major component in driving the brand's massive growth.

Brittany Maroney is an 18 year veteran of the restaurant industry, where she has spent her career growing concepts and driving brand loyalists.
