ADDISON,TX—– Long Range Systems, LLC (LRS), the leading supplier of onsite communication solutions and surveying tools, has officially launched PRONTO, the newest product in the company’s line of push-for-service paging systems designed to transform interoffice communication.
After researching the target market, Long Range Systems, LLC developed PRONTO to meet the demands of those industries that require customized, unobtrusive paging systems. With this unit, staff members can contact each other when they need assistance or customers may request staff support with the push of a button.
The round, one- or six-button, device runs off of UHF frequency, opposed to VHF, which guarantees a crisp, high-powered signal that easily penetrates walls and ceilings, without interfering with wireless equipment, such as microphones or headsets. Because of its wireless capabilities and compact size, at four inches in diameter and one inch high, the paging system can be placed anywhere—on any surface, mounted on a wall or under a desk for maximum discreetness.
Customized messages can be preprogrammed into the device, ensuring enhanced customer service by providing immediate, specified assistance, thanks to the 60 assorted button labels included with the system. Messages from the PRONTO transmitter broadcast directly to LRS alphanumeric pagers, which feature adjustable vibration levels and a 20-character display. The available re-page feature sends multiple messages to the pager until a staff member clears the request, eliminating noisy overhead paging and improving interoffice productivity.
PRONTO’s unique rugged, compact structure and high-tech capabilities make it the ideal paging system for a variety of healthcare facilities dedicated to optimizing patient flow and providing effective patient care. The PRONTO Push-for-Service Transmitter’s versatile features make it applicable in a variety of other industries, as well, including: blood centers, bowling centers, casinos, churches, grocery stores, health clubs, libraries, manufacturing facilities, movie and dinner theaters, offices, retail facilities and spas or salons.
