Hot Head Burritos is simplifying the customer experience by adjusting to the changes that the current Coronavirus crisis is bringing. While a customer would typically walk down the line and choose each item for their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, or nachos, Hot Head Burritos is now offering Curbside pickup which allows the customer to order on-line and once they arrive at the store, remain in the comfort of their car.
After the customer arrives and texts the store’s special text number, employees will bring the food to the customer’s car. Delivery is available via DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats at Hot Head Burritos locations based on third party availability and all traditional locations have on-line order plus several stores have pick up windows.
Hot Head Burritos has taken proactive initiatives by installing a plastic sheeting “wall” at the serving line of its stores in response to the CoronaVirus outbreak. “In an effort to protect both our employees and customers, we decided this was an immediate action we could take to do our part in this historic event.” stated Ray Wiley, CEO. “Most stores have already installed the temporary wall with the remaining stores completing soon. To assist with social distancing, we have also marked 6 foot spacing distances in customer and employee areas.” Hot Head had already removed sauces, cup lids, straws and shakers from the customer areas last week.
For a limited time to help our customers in this challenging economic environment, we are extending our very popular Sunday special -- 2 Burritos or Bowls for $12 - all week long. For our employees, Corporate Hot Head stores continue to provide a free meal to employees while working.
All Burritos and Bowls at Hot Head are fully customizable. ‘Lil Bowls, including Keto and Paleo friendly options, provide as many options as there are types of appetites. “Our food is easily transportable and easy to reheat the next day,” states Wiley. The Nutrition Calculator on the Hot Head Burritos’ website allows customers to meet their personal dietary goals and easily see the calorie and nutrition results https://hotheadburritos.com/nutrition.
