The NPD Group forecasts dairy and meat alternatives to grow through 2024 driven almost entirely by Millennials and Gen Zs. Not only are they looking for plant-based toppings, but they're also looking for vegan crust options.
Wisconsin-based Toppers Pizza has a line of vegetarian and vegan pizzas. Catering to a diverse customer base, the brand includes multiple plant-powered recipes, including the Vegan Buffalo Chicken-Less Pizza and Vegan Stix, a spin on its beloved cheesy breadsticks.
