Not every limited-service brand has gone for a spin-off of the Impossible Burger or its meatless cousin, the Beyond Burger. Farm Burger concocted their own veggie burger and it's doing quite well, thank you. others. Today, that sometimes back-breaking, 24/7 job and the people who still do it is at the center of the appropriately named, Farm Burger brand, that specializes first and foremost in grass-fed beef.
But that's not to say that the former farmer and rancher at the head of this brand isn't open to new ideas about beef, or any other edible offering that might be offered at his restaurants. And that explains why Farm Burger is putting some unusually creative options in front of diners, including everything from an invasive fish species, to house-made plant-based burgers.
