January 9, 2008

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Zpizza has signed a master franchise agreement with Bohoor International to bring 34 restaurants to the Middle East, the company has announced. Bohoor International, a private investment and business development company based in Saudi Arabia, expects to open its first zpizza store in Riyadh by fall 2008.

"Zpizza already has 70 restaurants open throughout the United States and we continue to add two to three stores every month," said Chris Bright, zpizza president. "We are expanding at a rapid pace and are looking forward to moving our popular concept into a new region of the world."

In addition to zpizza's 70 open restaurants across the United States, another 300-plus are in development. The company expects to have more than 100 open units in the U.S. by mid-2008. This will be the company's first venture in the Middle East.
