zpizza Invites guests to 'Wear White For a Free Slice'

zpizza in Newport Beach, California, announced it is celebrating the launch of its white sauce pizzas with a free-slice day tomorrow. Guests wearing white will be treated to a free slice of white pizza at participating restaurants, according to a company press release.

"We are excited to unveil our new white sauce pizzas and treat our guests to a free slice if they wear white on January 23rd" said Chris Bright, CEO of zpizza. "These pizzas are worth breaking the wearing white after Labor Day rule, with their indulgent flavor combinations and premium ingredients baked to goodness in our brick ovens."

Free-slice day is limited to one free slice per customer wearing white, white sauce slice options from the daily slice case features, dine-in only from 1 until 4 p.m.

Designed with three distinct recipes — Chicken Roasted Garlic, Bacon Spinach Mushroom and Pepperoni Serrano — the new white sauce pizzas feature all-natural creamy white sauce made with real butter, fresh Parmesan cheese and a hint of garlic and spice. The pizzas are available in small, large and extra large for delivery, dine-in or take out. Prices range from $8.95 to $22.95.

The three new white sauce pizzas include:

• Chicken Roasted Garlic — Made with creamy white sauce, housemade roasted garlic sauce, mozzarella, chicken breast, roasted whole garlic cloves, shaved parmesan cheese and fresh Italian parsley.
• Bacon Spinach Mushroom — Made with creamy white sauce, mozzarella, fresh spinach, roasted button mushrooms, roasted red onion and bacon.
• Pepperoni Serrano — Made with creamy white sauce, mozzarella cheese, chopped Serrano chilies, chili oil and natural pepperoni.

In celebration of the new white sauce pizzas, zpizza also kicks off a "White Hot Looks" photo contest where one guest will win a White Hot Winter Makeover, the release stated. The Makeover prize includes a $1,000 shopping spree, one-month of free zpizza white sauce pizzas and a consultation with Los Angeles celebrity stylist Laurie Brucker of LaurieBstyle.

Guests can enter the White Hot Looks Contest through Feb. 15 by posting a photo of themselves wearing white on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, tagged with @zpizza and #zpizzaWhiteHot. One winner will be randomly selected through a drawing on Feb. 15.
