Zoup Good, Really Good Broth — created by Eric Ersher, who founded fast casual chain Zoup Eatery — has added 2,000 retail partners, placing its broth in more than 9,000 stores.

As of fall 2020, the products will be sold in Kroger stores, including Roundy's in the Midwest, Ralphs in the West, King Soopers and Fred Meyer, as well as Harmon's and Lucky Save Mart stores. In addition, 700 Walmart stores will carry Zoup's original broth and bone broth. Other retail locations carrying Zoup Broth include: Sprouts, The Fresh Market, Raley's, Wegman's, Albertsons-Safeway, HEB, Weis Markets, Market Basket and Price Chopper.

"We've brought chef-driven, restaurant-quality broth to retail shelves and the response has been amazing," founder and CEO Eric Ersher said in a company press release. "Once grocery buyers taste the difference and experience the product's premium taste, they understand the gap our offerings fill in the category."

Zoup Eatery, based in Michigan, has nearly 100 units.
