Provided

July 20, 2020

Zoup Eatery is now open in Omaha's Aksarben Village at 1917 South 67th St. The location, which opened Monday, hosted socially distanced events that collected donations for United Way, a nonprofit organization that fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in the Omaha community, according to a company press release.

The Omaha store is among the first to showcase Zoup's full brand refresh including a redesigned interior and new menu innovation. Zoup offers 12 "Good, Really Good" soups and broths every day and encourages sampling. The menu also includes made-order salads, sandwiches, signature mac 'n cheese, organic craft beverages and nutritious Sustain-a-Bowls.

To ensure a safe dining experience for guests and staff, Zoup has implemented several facility enhancements and safety protocols in response to COVID-19. Among these are the introduction of curbside pick-up, more frequent cleaning and increased physical spacing between guests within restaurants, according to the release.

Founded in 1998, Zoup has nearly 100 units.
