Zoup is open for business in Malvern, Pennsylvania, in the Uptown Worthington development on Philadelphia's Main Line, according to a company press release.
"We're thrilled to open our doors for our friends and neighbors in Malvern," Paul Diaz, who with his wife Julie owns and operates Zoup! locations in Lancaster, Plymouth Meeting, Wyomissing and Collegeville. "Julie and I opened our first store 11 years ago just down the road in Frazer, so we know the people of Malvern well. We're confident that guests will love our gourmet soups and our dedication to serving the community."
The restaurant hosted two preview lunches and a special VIP pre-opening dinner that collected more than $500 in donations for the Paoli Hospital Foundation, supporting its efforts to provide compassionate care and community health programs.
The unit, 650 Carnegie Blvd., seats 71 guests.
