Zoup Eatery is now open for business in the Bloomfield Township, on Woodward Avenue, in Michigan. The store, according to a press release, began servings its soups and broths Monday.
"The Zoup Bloomfield family is very excited to finally open our doors for our friends and neighbors," said franchise owner and operator Earl Harris in the release. "The reception we've already received has been wonderful. I'm confident this community is going to love our unique, handcrafted soups and premium menu items along with our commitment to serving the people of our community."
The restaurant hosted two “sneak peek" previews last week, collecting $1055.75 in donations for Forgotten Harvest, a nonprofit organization that delivers surplus food to charities that feed hungry families. The restaurant will host a week of food and drink specials to celebrate its grand opening the week of March 2.
The Woodward Avenue location is the first to showcase the brand's refresh and also features a freshly redesigned interior that will set the stage for all future Zoup Eatery locations.
