Zoup! broth now sold in 7,000 stores

Zoup! Good, Really Good Broth, a certified organic broth product, is now in over 7,000 stores after the brand signed up more than 2,400 new supermarket customers. Supermarket and retail locations carrying the brand include Walmart, Stop & Shop, Nature’s Own, Wegman's, Albertsons-Safeway and Sprouts Farmers Market, according to a press release.

The broth was introduced by Eric Ersher, founder of Zoup! Eatery, a group of soup-differentiated, fast-casual restaurants, and is kettle-cooked in small batches.

"We've brought chef-driven, restaurant-quality, natural and organic broth to retail shelves and the response has been amazing. Once the grocery buyers taste the difference and experience the product’s premium taste, they understand the gap our offerings fill in the category," said Ersher in the release.
