Ziosk, a hospitality platform for restaurants, has appointed Jacob Feinstein as chief technology officer to oversee the company's engineering division and lead efforts to scale its technology platform.

Feinstein brings nearly three decades of experience in technology and innovation to the role. He previously spent 28 years at AT&T, where he held various leadership positions, including vice president of Digital Experience & Product Realization. During his tenure, he played a key role in the company's digital, API, and cloud transformations and helped develop its fiber and 5G broadband product portfolio.

Rhonda Levene, CEO of Ziosk, said Feinstein's experience in leading large-scale digital transformations will be crucial as the company expands its platform capabilities.

"Jacob's addition to our leadership team represents a strategic milestone for Ziosk," Levene said in a company press release. "His extensive experience... makes him an ideal leader to continue driving forward our vision."

Feinstein said he is excited to join Ziosk and help the company apply technology to improve customer experiences and streamline restaurant operations.

"Ziosk has a tremendous opportunity to apply cutting-edge technology to improve guest experiences, streamline operations, and unlock new growth for the restaurant industry," he said in the release.

Feinstein's responsibilities will include overseeing front-end and back-end development, cloud application development and quality assurance. He holds bachelor's degrees in engineering and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
