In an effort to meet the needs of families sheltering at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, two eateries are offering up customized family offerings.
Zaxby's, known for its chicken fingers, wings and signature sauces, is introducing Family Packs that offer 20 chicken fingers or 30 boneless wings with shareable sides to feed four for $24.99, according to a press release.
"We wanted to create an affordable meal featuring our signature menu items for families during these challenging times," said Zach McLeroy, Zaxby's CEO and co-founder, in the release. "Zaxby's is always focused on bringing people together with flavorful comfort food made with uncompromising quality. Now more than ever, we're all family."
Family Pack customers can add on additional items such as drinks and desserts.
With a similar strategy in mind, Bruegger's Bagels is introducing several new items for the family, according to a press release.
The Hot & Ready Brunch Box features six bagels, a tub of cream cheese, three egg sandwiches, four blueberry muffins and four twice-baked hash browns. The box, which can feed six to eight people, costs $29.99.
Both Zaxby's offerings and Bruegger's Bagels' menu items are available curbside, through delivery service and drive-thru.
