Franchisees Michael and Lisa Anderson are opening a YoFresh Yogurt Café at 8373 W. Grand River Ave. in Brighton, Mich., according to a company press release. The 2,000-square-foot shop is at the west end of the Brighton Mall.
"There are so many flavor and topping combinations, each customer could create their own yogurt masterpiece without ever repeating the same one," Lisa said. "We are very excited to join Brighton's great community and promise to offer a fun atmosphere that is sure to please everyone's taste buds. Between Michael's sweet tooth and my passion for organic and healthy food, we decided to open a healthy sweet spot that everyone can enjoy."
The Anderson's YoFresh Yogurt Café will have up to 18 yogurt flavors at any time with every option of fresh fruit and the chain's trademark 'lots' O toppings' to choose from. In addition, there's a raw juice bar and a slushy bar with up to eight flavors.
YoFresh founder and CEO Chris Gregoris says, "We're excited to welcome the Andersons to the YoFresh family which is on a dramatic growth curve. This is our first Michigan location."
YoFresh now has about 23 stores in 10 states.
"Many more are in various stages of launching and new territories are available," Gregoris said. "We welcome inquiries from entrepreneurs interested in getting into the fun and exciting frozen yogurt industry."
