Yalla Mediterranean expands Bay area footprint

Yalla Mediterranean will open a Fremont, California, location on Jan. 25, featuring its traditional Mediterranean spices and flavors along with classic grilling techniques, responsibly-raised meats, wild-caught fish and seasonal side dishes.

Yalla Mediterranean will open a Fremont, California, location on Jan. 25, featuring its traditional Mediterranean spices and flavors along with classic grilling techniques, responsibly-raised meats, wild-caught fish and seasonal side dishes, according to a company press release.

It offers build-your-own pita wrap, salad or Yalla plate, including skewers, sauces, and toppings, as well as an option to add a selection of Mediterranean side dishes.

With locations in Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek and Dublin in California’s Bay area, as well as Burbank and Culver City in Southern California, the chain is slated to launch several more stores in 2016.
