Yalla Mediterranean is opening a third East Bay location next week in Dublin, California. Combining Mediterranean recipes with classic cooking techniques on an open-flame rotisserie grill, Yalla allows guests to enjoy approachable, healthful, and authentic cuisine, President and CEO David Wolfgram, said in a company press release.
As Yalla grows, the brand will continue to deliver pure ingredients and responsibly-raised meats, many of which are sourced from like-minded purveyors, Wolfgram said.
"With our incredible produce in California, Yalla is able to utilize over 360 pounds of fresh and local ingredients daily to prepare healthful dishes featuring the bold flavors of the Mediterranean," he said. "There are endless combinations on the Yalla menu so guests may customize their meal to their liking and dietary needs. We look forward to sharing the Yalla experience with the Tri-Valley community."
